WHAT IS GMA CUBS?

GMA Cubs is a specially designed martial arts program for 3-4 year olds, delivered in a parent-assisted format.

That means:

• Your child is never pushed or rushed
• You’re on the mat supporting them
• Classes are short, playful and structured

We focus on movement, confidence and listening skills first, using age-appropriate elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Karate through games and guided activities.

No experience needed - just curiosity and a willingness to move.

WHO IS GMA CUBS FOR?

GMA Cubs is perfect for children who:

• Are 3-4 years old
• Are still building confidence
• Benefit from a parent close by
• Are learning to follow instructions
• Love to move, climb, roll and play

This class is especially suited for children who aren’t quite ready to train independently yet - and that’s completely normal.
