GMA's kids BJJ program teaches children grappling, ground control, and self-defence through structured, age-appropriate classes. BJJ builds genuine confidence, focus, and resilience - alongside real martial arts skill.

- ✓IBJJF belt grading system - 4 gradings per year

- ✓Coached by Lili Costa (BJJ Black Belt) and Steve Henderson (2nd Degree BB)
GMA's kids Kyokushin Karate program is one of the most powerful character-building activities available for children. It develops discipline, focus, resilience and real striking technique in a structured, fun environment.

- ✓AJKU grading system - 3 gradings per year

That is completely fine - and very common. Just book a trial class and come in. Our coaches will chat with you and your child and point you in the right direction. You don't need to decide before you arrive.

One full trial class with a GMA coach. The $20 is credited toward a uniform purchase if you decide to join - this credit expires within 2 days of your trial.
None at all. Come in, try a class, and take your time deciding. We want your child to love it - not feel pressured into it.
Our coaches are experienced with children of all temperaments. Many of our most confident students were the most nervous on day one. We always go at your child's pace.
