Muay Thai

Muay Thai. The Art of Eight Limbs.

Real fitness, real self-defence and a genuinely welcoming crew to sweat it out with. No experience needed - just show up and swing.

What Is Muay Thai?

Thailand's national sport, built for your whole body

Muay Thai is known as the "art of eight limbs" because it uses fists, elbows, knees and shins, giving you one of the most complete striking systems in martial arts. It's a serious workout and a genuine self-defence skill set, wrapped up in a class that's social, sweaty and a lot of fun.

At GMA our Muay Thai classes are open to teens (from around 13) and adults of every fitness level. You don't need to have thrown a punch in your life - our coaches build you up from the fundamentals, at your pace.

Why Train With Us

More than a workout

Muay Thai at GMA is where fitness, discipline and community meet - and where "no ego on our mats" isn't just a slogan.

01

Total-body fitness

Strike combinations, pad rounds and conditioning drills build strength, cardio and coordination faster than a standard gym session.

02

Real self-defence

Learn strikes, clinch work and defence that actually translate - taught with control, not chaos.

03

Stress relief

There's nothing quite like hitting pads after a long day. Our members consistently tell us training is their reset button.

04

Confidence & discipline

Structured classes and steady progress build the kind of quiet confidence that carries into everyday life.

05

A welcoming crew

We welcome you, respect you and provide a safe, inclusive environment for all - beginners included, always.

06

Train your way

Light sparring is part of every class and we encourage all members to give it a go. Competitive sparring is reserved for experienced members preparing to fight.
