We are committed to training with intention, setting objectives and teaching to different learning styles. The result is a faster uptake of techniques and principles.
Goals
We help you set goals within your BJJ or Kyokushin Karate journey and celebrate your achievements. Gradings are a celebration and acknowledgement of your next level. Each level in BJJ is represented by the belt or rash vest and in Kyokushin Karate, by the belt.

Learn more about BJJ“BJJ is offered in many gyms around Geelong, but I’ve found that GMA offers a streamlined and best-practice way to learn BJJ - instead of random techniques which are difficult to learn as a beginner. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.”

Learn more about personal training”As a 41 year old I started my BJJ journey a few years ago with Steve. It was suggested to me that a great way to start out would be to do some personal training 1-on-1 sessions with him. It wasn’t long before I was hooked and big part of that was Steve’s coaching.”
